Many developments are underway to restore the beauty of downtown Flint. The Central Business, Entertainment, and Luxury Loft District are in the final planning stages, and implementation is underway. Several commercial facades of existing buildings will soon be revitalized. New windows, fresh paint and new canopies are being installed. The Saginaw Street Commercial District will be upgraded from its present condition to a revitalized commercial core that will bring a new sense of pride to the community.
